Sources of Knowledge
Knowledge have five headings : (1) experience, (2) authority, (3) deductive reasoning, (4) inductive reasoning, and (5) the scientific approach.
1.      Experience; everyone have their own experience, and thier experience probably can be use as sources of knowledge. But the validation is depends on the person, it can be right or wrong. Strength : no books or literature references needed; weakness : difficult to evidence the validation
2.      Authority; quick and easy source of knowledge, you just come to the other people who has the experience about subject you looking for, and ask them about that. Knowleadge based on other people’s experience.
3.      Deductive reasoning; thinking process in which one proceeds from general to specific knowledge through logical argument. Before knowing the knowledge, usually people will thinking what is the problem in begining of study. And then try to find the answer. Strength : useful in research because it provides a way to link theory and observation
4.      Inductive reasoning; you reach a conclusion by observing examples and generalizing from the examples to the whole class or category.
5.      Scientific approach; The best source of knowledge because it take scientific way to get knowledge.
